YomoMedia Basics
The YomoMedia website is an RSS feed reader and manager, that works in conjunction with our playback software for smartphones. With the YomoMedia application you can subscribe to syndicated content on the Internet. Once you have subscribed, updates are received automatically whenever the publisher makes changes. If you have a Windows Mobile smartphone or the Apple iPhone, you can also send that content to your device for anytime, anywhere playback.
Bundles and feeds are listed and managed in the Bundle window, on the left-hand side of the application. Other tasks, such as searching and browsing for content, are done in the YomoMedia window on the right hand side.
Bundles are groups of feeds. Use them to group and manage your collections of subscriptions. Ready-made Bundles are available in the Add Content tab. There are featured Bundles created by the YomoMedia staff, and many others created by the user community. You can easily share Bundles of your own with the community with one click.
YomoMedia's software for Windows Mobile allows you to enjoy your content on the go. It is available on our Download page. With YomoMedia, the phone becomes a playback device. You can download content during idle time or overnight. Viewing content is limited only by the type of media the device supports.
